drain cover missing again from the green near Purcell Road. only replaced a few weeks ago. probably due to the fact that although the area is pedestrianised, motorbikes, cars and delivery vans use it as a shortcut between the 2 cul de sacs, as there are no bollards or barrier to prevent it.
